Shipping

We ship in an inflatable, insulated liner that converts a regular cardboard box into a cooler so that our product arrives neat and fresh.  We require a two-day minimum on shipping and during the warm summer months may require overnight shipping in order to protect the integrity of the product so it arrives in the best quality.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

As The Whoopies are perishable, all food sales are final. Chococoa Baking Company will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they become damaged or spoiled during transit, or to refund you the full amount of your purchase. Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, without hassle, as long as you alert us to the details of the problem within 3 business days of having received your order.

To make ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Chococoa Baking Company is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information provided  to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.

Please also make arrangements to open and refrigerate your order immediately. The fine ingredients and butte cream in The Whoopies require refrigeration. Although we ship in a refrigerated container, the package is designed to preserve your order for a few days through transit, not indefinitely. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card.
